Property development has a long lead-in and a key part of our business is the identification and acquisition of development sites. We are not sector specific and as such will consider every opportunity on its merits. We are also able to take a long term view and as such can assemble sites in multiple ownership over time. We have an equally strong track record delivering new build development as we do with refurbishing and redeveloping historic and listed buildings. We would be delighted to discuss any opportunities you may have for selling us land and buildings where there may be development or redevelopment opportunities in the short to medium term.
