Wheatley Park – Mirfield
Wheatley Park lies in a beautiful wooded valley and is an oasis of calm only minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the Calder Valley and M62 corridor. St James Securities acquired Wheatley Park in 2007 and have ambitious plans to transform this former mill complex into a rural office estate.
In 2009 we completed the development of the first building, a 3,000 m² two storey former mill. The building has been transformed into a modern environmentally sensitive office building. The first floor has been leased to Camira and the ground floor remains available to lease in small units.
We have secured planning permission for the conversion of a further three buildings to offices which will be built out on a sequential basis. The masterplan caters for some 8,000 m² of offices when the whole estate is developed. There are both offices and industrial units available.
