At Wellington Place St James Securities were appointed Development Managers by Hermes Asset Management and BriTel Fund Trustees to manage the planning and development of this key site in the West End of Leeds. As part of our appointment we successfully delivered the following:

– 500 space multi storey car park let to NCP
– £2.2M infrastructure package

– The largest outline planning consent ever granted in Leeds
for 280,000 m² of commercial accommodation
