Outline planning consent has been granted for office, light industrial, storage and distribution uses and for motor car showrooms. The site will have the future benefit of improved highway works along Coal Road and the adjacent signalled junction. A range of options are being considered for the site which is awaiting development and both freehold site sales and leasehold buildings to suit any specification can be provided to interested parties.
