Founded in 1982, St James Securities is an owner managed commercial property development company based in Leeds. Over the years we have established an enviable reputation for delivering ambitious developments, on time and to budget, enabling us to develop strong relationships with occupiers, land owners, local authorities and consultants alike.
Our flexible, innovative approach has meant that we have been able to expand the business in spite of three significant recessions throughout this time and we continue to explore new markets.
Following a management buy out in 2013, our current focus is the identification, acquisition and delivery of retail warehouse schemes. We have developed considerable expertise in this area and have well established good working relationships with many of the major retailers.
We are always looking for new opportunities and would be delighted to discuss any sites you are looking to dispose of or are aware will be coming available shortly.
Our work has been recognised both nationally and internationally including the RICS International Project of the Year award in 2005 for The Round Foundry, in Leeds.
